Get ready for a night you’ll long remember! Explore Liberty Science Center under the cover of darkness. With exclusive film screenings, engaging activities and snoozing under our exhibits instead of stars (no mosquitoes!), a Camp In at Liberty Science Center is the perfect group experience.

Adventures include climbing a fossil-studded rock wall, playing hide n’ seek in our mini zoo, getting creative with digital spray paint at the Graffiti Wall, creating models and so much more. With hundreds of things to see and do, Live Science presentations, and films in the nation’s largest IMAX Dome Theater, it’ll be a wonder if you’ll even want to sleep! Liberty Science Center guest services and security staff remains onsite all night for your convenience and safety.

What Should I Wear?

Wear loose, comfortable clothes and bring an eye mask if you like, as safety lights remain on throughout the night. Some exhibits require sneakers or other sturdy, flat shoes, and skirts and sandals are not permitted on “Walk the Steel.”
You’ll be having a blast exploring and experimenting, maybe even crawling through the Touch Tunnel and entering a 50-mph hurricane complete with wind and rain, so dress accordingly! Please note that showers are not available.

We suggest campers leave valuables such as expensive electronic devices and video games at home or in our coin lockers.
