Join us for a fascinating and informative evening of networking over delectable chocolates and cocktails.  The evening will include a networking hour and participation in a hands-on tasting experience led by nationally renowned sensory and taste expert, Gail Vance Civille, President of Sensory Spectrum.  Ms. Civille has worked to develop thousands of food and personal care products and is a frequent trainer of industry experts.  At Science of Cocktails II, you will have the opportunity to experience delicious chocolate and cocktail pairings first-hand and enjoy a premier networking event at New Jersey’s most-visited museum!
