THOMAS J. STANTON, III

Mr. Stanton is one of the two managing principals of the Staubach Company’s New Jersey Corporate Services division. Stanton joined the company in November 1998. He specializes in tenant representation, property disposition, and land development. He has had extensive experience in complex lease and sale transactions which have brought substantial value-added structures and flexibility to the regions and the company’s clients.

Stanton has managed projects for some of America’s best-known companies, including Lockheed Martin, ExxonMobil, Telcordia, Mitsubishi International, Merck, Loral Space & Communications, Ltd., and Aventis Pharmaceuticals.

Prior to joining the Staubach Company, Stanton was the principal of Loughlin Stanton, LLC, a commercial real estate firm he founded with his partner, Daniel J. Loughlin. With a combined history of 25 years in the business, Stanton and Dan Loughlin formed the company in 1997.

Prior to the formation of Loughlin Stanton, LLC, Stanton was VP for George Mintz & Company, Inc., a corporate real estate company where he specialized in tenant representation, property dispositions and land development.

Stanton is a cum laude graduate of Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York. He is a Leadership New Jersey Graduate, Class of 2000, and is active in several civic leadership roles including membership on the Board of Directors of the Washington Center for Internships and Academic Seminars in Washington, DC, and the Board of Trustees of the Liberty Healthcare System Foundation which supports the system’s hospitals in Hudson County, NJ.
