Ken Burke is the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Neos Partners.

Prior to joining Neos, Mr. Burke served as the General Counsel and Head of Compliance for Vista Credit Partners, the credit-investing arm of Vista Equity Partners. Prior to joining Vista, he served as Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at TPG Sixth Street Partners.

Before TPG, Burke served as Legal Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for a long/short equity hedge fund, and was an attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in the firm’s Securities Enforcement group. He began his career in government service at the SEC in the Division of Examinations, and with the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York handling white collar criminal investigations.

Burke holds a BS in finance from State University of New York, New Paltz, where he graduated cum laude, and a JD from Fordham University, where he graduated magna cum laude.
