Liberty Science Center LOVES spooky season! We’re celebrating all things creepy, crawly, and ghoulish throughout LSC, Oct. 3 - Nov. 1. Enjoy a Monster Mash Dance Party, frightful live shows all day, and creepy animal encounters that will thrill guests of all ages. Boo! A Halloween Laser Show is back, lighting up the planetarium with spooky hits. Don’t miss Ghostly Manor: LSC’s Pepper’s Ghost Experience, a creepy photo op where YOU become the ghost! We also have a spooky-themed 360-camera photo booth!

The spooky vibes continue in our massive premium exhibition, The Power of Poison. Learn the true science behind poison and venom as you explore a spooky forest full of dangerous plants and animals. Then explore the toxic truth behind Snow White’s poison apple and the witches of Macbeth, and test your knowledge in the live Poison vs. Venom game show.

Every weekend, there’s even more spooky fun! Catch a monstrous 3D movie double feature, take a spin on our Spooky Train Ride in the Arts & Science Pavilion, and end the day with the electrifying Nikola Tesla Halloween Phaser Show in the JDW 3D Science Theater. Hand-held phasers generate mini Tesla lightning bolts that will amaze you!

And what would spooky season be without candy?! Starting Oct. 10, don’t miss daily trick-or-treating throughout the building! Also starting Oct. 10, we'll have an outdoor pumpkin patch near Dino Dig Adventure (2nd Fl.) on Saturdays and Sundays! Take your pick of the patch for just $3.00.
