Liberty Science Center to Welcome Wild Kratts®: Ocean Adventure! Exhibit Beginning September 23, 2023

JERSEY CITY, N.J. (September 19, 2023) — Visitors to Liberty Science Center this fall will be able to immerse themselves in explorations of ocean habitats and the fascinating creatures within them. The Jersey City, NJ learning center announced today the Wild Kratts®: Ocean Adventure exhibit will debut on September 23. The adventurous, interactive exhibition will bring assorted ocean habitats to the shores of New Jersey, inviting visitors to get up close and personal with some of their favorite ocean creatures like never before.

Based on the popular PBS Kids series, the exhibit focuses on cultivating STEM skills in children by having them and their families explore animal habitats from around the globe, discover incredible creature powers and go on missions.

Featuring animal experts Chris and Martin Kratt along with other familiar characters for fans of the show, the exhibit will see visitors use Wild Kratts technology and the powers of science and teamwork, to solve problems, help animals, and foil the villains’ nefarious plans.

The exhibition features unique habitats including the seashore, shallow sea, and deep sea. Kids and families will also get the chance to learn about and try out various Creature Powers® such as:

  • Crawling through an anemone and hunt for lunch like a lobster
  • Creating your own dolphin name
  • Rolling up your sleeves and get to work at a shark cleaning station
  • Hunting like a dragonfish in the dark depths of the sea
  • And much more!
