Clarissa Goncalves

CFO, Global Product & Technology, Global Security, Strategy, and Procurement, ADP


Clarissa Goncalves is an accomplished business professional with extensive background in the technology and human capital management industries. She has broad-based international experience through foreign assignments in North America, Latin America, and Europe. She possesses a diverse set of leadership and operational skills in the areas of finance, strategy, business process transformation and continuous improvement.

Currently, Ms. Goncalves serves as the CFO for Global Product & Technology, Global Security, Strategy, and Procurement at ADP in Roseland, New Jersey. In this role, she has financial oversight of multiple groups including Product & Technology, which is responsible for the development and maintenance of ADP's product suite along with infrastructure and operations support, and the Security organization, which provides cyber and fraud defense, workforce protection, business continuity, and risk management. Goncalves leads the investment decision-making process that optimizes capital allocation across the corporation, with focus on strategic product growth, R&D innovation,operational excellence, and productivity generation.

Goncalves is a member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee of ADP. In this capacity, she partners with other senior leaders to identify and address systemic biases, promote diversity and inclusion initiatives, and develop strategies to attract, retain, and promote a diverse workforce.

Prior to her role at ADP, Goncalves worked at the IBM Corporation, where she held various positions with increasing responsibilities. Most recently, she was the VP of Finance and Group Controller for Global Technology Services, IBM’s most sizable revenue segment. In this capacity, she was directly involved in the spin-off process of Kyndryl, the world’s largest provider of IT infrastructure services.

Goncalves was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and speaks Portuguese and Spanish. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro in Brazil and an MBA in business management from Pace University in New York.

Goncalves is a proud mother of two children and resides with her family in New Jersey.
