Ganga Kannan is a Partner and Managing Director in the New York office of The Boston Consulting Group. He is part of the extended leadership team of the firm's Technology practice. In his individual practice, he specializes in digital, technology and operations topics across a range of industries, with particular focus on driving large scale business transformations. This work brings him in close partnership with the leaders of these companies as they navigate the evolving digital landscape and cope with the pace of innovation.
Prior to joining BCG, Ganga worked within the technology industry doing product strategy and business development for Flextronics. Earlier he held multiple engineering and product management roles at Lucent Technologies.
Ganga grew up in India inheriting a deep love for science and math from his mother. He earned a Bachelor of Engineering (with Distinction) in Computer Science from Shivaji University in India. He also has a M.S. in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an M.B.A from Yale University. Ganga and his wife, Neethi, live in Jersey City along with their twin sons, Ashwin and Aditya, and daughter Anika.
