Jeanette Calandra is PwC’s Global Advisory Industries, Clients & Markets Leader, bringing more than 30 years of professional services experience to her role. She is responsible for driving the strategic execution of PwC’s Advisory agenda across global industries and markets — with a focus on growth, innovation, and delivering sustained outcomes for clients around the world.

Throughout her career, Ms. Calandra has helped Fortune 500 companies and high-growth innovators transform their businesses through technology, data, and AI. She is known for shaping bold strategies, building high-performing teams, and navigating complex, cross-border environments.

In her current role, Calandra leads PwC’s global Advisory Industries, Clients & Markets agenda — aligning go-to-market priorities, strengthening cross-territory collaboration, and accelerating growth with the firm’s most important global clients. She oversees global industry strategy, client growth plays, and Analyst & Advisor Relations, ensuring the firm shows up consistently and competitively in the market. Her leadership focuses on unifying commercial efforts, amplifying PwC’s brand in key ecosystems, and driving coordinated execution across territories to deliver sustainable growth.

Before returning to the East Coast in 2021, Calandra spent 15 years in Silicon Valley as the Office Managing Partner for PwC’s San Jose practice, overseeing more than 3,500 partners and staff across audit, tax, and consulting, and managing a $500M+ P&L. Her coast-to-coast leadership experience gives her a unique perspective spanning both mature global enterprises and emerging technology companies.
