Lisa Banker

Global Client Service Partner, Life Sciences, EY

Ms. Banker is a New Jersey based partner with approximately 25 years of experience at EY.

Banker currently serves as EY’s Relationship Partner for two global pharmaceutical companies (Bristol Myers Squibb and Organon) with responsibilities for overseeing work performed by EY, building relationships with C-Suite executives and understanding their strategic objectives, and helping the EY team provide relevant thought leadership to assist the company with its overall growth and cost efficiency objectives.

She also served as a Transaction Partner at EY for approximately 20 years, and assisted companies including Johnson and Johnson, Bayer, Revvity, Boehringer Ingelheim, Daiichi Sankyo, Pernix Therapeutics with businesses and intangible asset valuations related to their acquisitions and/or divestitures.

Banker has served on the EY’s Americas Ethics and Oversight Board, she has been an executive committee member of both the Transactions Diversity and Inclusiveness committee as well as the NJ Diversity and Inclusiveness Committee. She was selected as a fellow for David Rockefeller Partnership for NYC Fellowship Program, class of 2022.

Banker has a Bachelor of Business Management (focus in finance), Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and Master of Business Administration (specialization in finance). She has served for three years on the MENTOR Newark board of directors.
