Sumeet Chabria, as CEO of ThoughtLinks, leads an AI strategy firm dedicated to guiding enterprises through the complexities of AI adoption responsibly and at scale. He advises C-suite and board executives on all aspects of AI, covering growth, productivity, risks, cyber resilience, future work dynamics, and the associated global talent and resource implications.

As a Strategic Advisor in Accenture's Luminary program, he works on emerging technology trends and client solutions tailored for the global banking industry. He also serves as a Board Member at the Liberty Science Center (LSC), overseeing SciTech Scity, the "Science City of the Future ," a $450 million project aimed at healthcare and planet care innovations.

Before ThoughtLinks, Chabria, in a dual role, led over 45,000 professionals as Bank of America's Head of Global Business Services and COO for technology and operations, a 90,000-person organization across 30 countries. Prior to his seven-year tenure at Bank of America, he acquired 24 years of leadership experience in the US and Europe. Notably based out of London, he was the Global CIO for Banking & Markets and led 'One HSBC,' a major transformation program targeting Securities and Wealth Management businesses.

He frequently lectures at leading universities, contributes his insights to industry forums, and US government agencies on AI and tech. He was a member of the Responsible AI Council at Harvard’s Kennedy School. His career began as a consultant for startups and tech companies, working with Wall Street firms like Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse. His interest in AI began in college with expert systems and grew through his work on quantitative trading systems on Wall Street. He was named in Business Insider's 100 People Transforming Business list and led the HSBC team to win the Euromoney Technology Award , among other accolades.

Chabria has two master's degrees, in management and technology respectively; and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Stony Brook University, where he delivered the 2020 commencement address. He has completed executive education at the University of Michigan’s Ross School, IMD Lausanne Switzerland, and London Business School.
