Yiheng Wang, age 11, holds two world records for solving the 3x3 and 2x2 Rubik’s Cubes. This amazing kid from China will compete in his first US competition at LSC during Math Madness on Sunday, March 16. Will he break another record? There’s a good chance!

The madness kicks off on Friday, March 14 – Pi Day. Pi, the mathematical ratio of a circle’s circumference to its diameter, is a number with no known end. But it definitely begins with 3.14. So we think March 14 (3/14) is a great day to start celebrating equations, numbers, circles, and more. Read on to see what’s happening!
