BUTTERFLY HOUSE

Make your way through a mind-bending, playful springtime maze to a fluttery haven full of monarch and painted lady butterflies! Feed them nectar, watch them land, and enjoy their peaceful butterfly vibes. It’s a great place to make memories—and take photos.

SPECIAL GUEST ANIMALS

Out in our backyard from April 19 - 27 you can meet and pet lively goats and sheep, a sweet donkey, bump-necked zebu cows, and fluffy bunnies and alpacas, all visiting from the Honky Tonk Ranch! We’re also excited to welcome back Liberty, the adorable black sheep who spent her first spring vacation at LSC last year. Our guests even named her!

EASTER BUNNY

The Easter Bunny will be hopping around Liberty Science Center from 10:30 to 4:30 pm. Stop by and get a free photo! Note: The bunny will take his carrot (lunch) break from 1:30 - 2:30 pm daily.

They arrived at LSC as eggs, but now they’re fluffy little chicks! Stop by the hatchery and see.

PATHWAY FOR THE PLANET

Take our “Pathway for the Planet” challenge! Follow a path throughout LSC and learn cool facts at every stop about conserving energy, recycling, and protecting the planet.

MACHINE DAZZLE

Join us for an unforgettable Earth Week experience with the dazzling creative renowned artist, costume designer and musician, Machine Dazzle. Step into his whimsical world at his Thinking Cap Café. From April 19 - 26, noon-4:00 pm daily, discover stunning creations crafted entirely from up-cycled materials. It’s a celebration of sustainability, creativity, and pure imagination—perfect for all ages!

PLANETARIUM GIANT FILM PREMIERE

A Vision for Tomorrow is a new, immersive 360° film. This 13-minute preview brings viewers to the intersection of art, science, and technology and inspires collective action. FREE showings April 19-27 at 10:15 am. No extra ticket necessary—head straight to the 2nd floor to the planetarium.
