A bridge made of eggs?!

LSC News

Did you know the shell of a raw egg can support about 40 pounds without cracking? Our Retro Science Team did, but wanted to find out how much weight 500 eggs could support! During this month’s Retro Science, guests can venture across a bridge supported entirely by eggs to see just how incredible “The Incredible Egg” really is. The Egg Bridge and other egg-cellent activities are available at LSC on March 23, 24, and 25.

One Thousand Eggs! The Egg Bridge is just one of the Retro Science activities.

Soda bottle caps hold the eggs in place and help distribute weight across each of the shells.

The Egg Bridge is available at LSC March 23 - 25.
