Guests discover cutting-edge medical technologies on display at LSC

LSC News

The weekend of Nov. 10-12, guests at Liberty Science Center were invited to see the next generation of technology enabling healthcare practitioners to be more mobile and adaptable during natural disasters and global conflicts.

On those days, we were joined by Sheba Medical – one of the top 10 hospitals in the world – with cutting-edge medical technology companies demonstrating their work.

Some of the technologies on display included:

  • Soapy, an AI-powered, intelligent hand washing machine that instructs you on the proper way to wash your hands and provides a hand washing score
  • TytoCare, an at-home device that allows clinicians to conduct medical exams remotely, including the ear, lung, heart, and throat
  • Nuvo, which pregnant patients can wear at home to monitor their heart rate as well as the fetus’ heart rate
  • Pulsenmore, a home ultrasound device that transfers data to the doctor’s computer
