You’re invited to a Cheetah Talk this week at Liberty Science Center!

On Thursday, April 27, Dr. Laurie Marker, executive director of Cheetah Conservation Fund (CCF), will talk about the multiple programs CCF has developed and implemented to save cheetahs from extinction.

Dr. Marker is a research scientist and conservation biologist, and recognized as one of the world’s leading experts on the cheetah. In July 2015, Dr. Marker celebrated her 25th anniversary with CCF, now the longest-running cheetah conservation program in the world.

Dr. Marker’s lecture will be from 11 am to 12 pm, followed by a book signing from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm.

The lecture is free to all interested guests. Those who purchase general admission tickets are welcome to stay and explore the Science Center after the lecture.

Please RSVP to Morgan Spann at 201-253-1339 or mspann@lsc.org.
