As you may have noticed, the cotton-top tamarins have been off exhibit while we made improvements to their enclosure … to welcome two new additions to the family!

On June 18th, Annie gave birth to a set of twins. The family is all doing well, with Mazzanti, Sophia and Emilia all chipping in to take care of the babies. The newest big sister, Corky, has been keeping her eye on everyone while she waits for her new playmates to grow a little bigger.

The privacy panels have been removed and the tamarin family is now welcoming visitors. Stay tuned for more information about the new babies after their first visit with the vet!
