You're invited to Tortellini the Tortoise's Hatch Day Party!

But don't call it a birthday party! Seven years ago this weekend, the juvenile red-footed tortoise came from an egg that was incubated and hatched right here at the Science Center. And so therefore we celebrate his "hatch day," not birthday.

Join us Saturday, Jan. 19, Sunday, Jan. 20, and Monday, Jan. 21 at 1:00 pm in our Eat and Be Eaten exhibition as we sing "Happy Hatch Day" to Tortellini and surprise him with a special treat.

They grow up so fast, don't they?
