It’s Dino Days of Summer at Liberty Science Center! From July 22 through September 4, our building is taken over by dinosaur activities and adventures that will make you roar for more.
Channel your inner paleontologist by digging for fossils in 35 tons of sand at Jack Horner’s Dino Dig. Meet LSC’s scaliest residents and learn about the relationship between reptiles and dinosaurs. Practice removing fossils from blocks of rock. Touch a creature that’s been around longer than a dinosaur: horseshoe crabs! Young learners (ages 2-5) can also enjoy a Dino Tales story time.
Plus, you could win big! Our resident dinosaur Rex is constantly on the move. Every week during Dino Days of Summer, he’ll be hiding in a new location throughout the building. If you find him during your visit, you’ll be entered in a raffle to win dino surprises.
Kids wearing dinosaur-themed clothing can save $5 on child admission tickets during Dino Days of Summer. Just ask at the Box Office when you arrive. Good for up to 4 children per transaction.
