In honor of Engineers Week, our special February celebration featured engineering adventures with Buzz Lightyear and his Pixar-movie friends.

Just a few highlights included:

• Taking apart old electronics and gizmos at WALL-E’s Great Take Apart
• Using blocks and shapes to form a world at A Bug’s Life: Block Island
• Piloting a remote-operated vehicle to collect fish from Nemo’s home reef at Finding Nemo’s Fish School
• Crafting a protective contraption to safely drop an egg from a height of 20 feet at Buzz Lightyear’s Armored Egg-Drop Challenge

On select days, we were also visited by a very special visitor…Buzz Lightyear himself! Guests were invited to meet Buzz, take a photo, and learn how he created his suit using 3D printers.
