Pompeii, pumpkin endoscopies, and more at LSC's Halloween-themed Community Evening
On Oct. 26, 2022, LSC held its latest Community Evening, Halloween edition!
At Community Evenings, students and families from qualifying school districts can explore LSC’s exhibitions, enjoy planetarium shows, see science demos, meet live animals and more all at no cost.
Some of the night’s special Halloween activities included meeting LSC’s creepiest animal residents, performing an endoscopy on pumpkins, rocking out at Boo! A Halloween Laser Show, discovering the spookiest things in the sky at the Monsters of the Night Sky planetarium show, experimenting with slime, and taking home a pumpkin from the Pumpkin Patch. Our new premium exhibition, Pompeii: The Immortal City, was also open to guests at no cost.
