Sock Skating, Snowflake Chromatography and more at LSC’s Community Evening
On December 7, 2022, Liberty Science Center celebrated another Community Evening!
At LSC’s Community Evenings, students and families from qualifying school districts can enjoy the Science Center – including exhibitions, planetarium shows, science demos, and more – at no cost.
Some of the holiday highlights this night included the Laser Wonderland laser show, featuring songs set to stunning high-tech lasers; the Snowflake Chromatography lab, where guests made their own snowflake ornaments with beautiful patterns; and the Sock Skating Rink, made from a high-tech synthetic polymer surface.
