The course – “The Science of Well Being” – was created by Laurie Santos, a professor of psychology at Yale and director of Yale’s Comparative Cognition Laboratory and Canine Cognition. In 2017, Santos was honored by LSC at our Genius Gala 7.0.

In “The Science of Well Being,” you will engage in a series of challenges designed to increase your own happiness and build more productive habits.

The syllabus includes topics such as “Misconceptions About Happiness,” “How Can We Overcome Our Biases,” and “Putting Strategies into Practice.”
