Experience Wobbly World at Liberty Science Center! In this bright, engaging wonderland exclusively for kids ages 0-5, young learners can explore balance, motion, and more. It's unlike anything else in the country!
LSC collaborated with renowned toy designer Cas Holman on this space, and we can't wait for you to see it. At the center of the gallery is the giant Body Mobile. As young guests hop on colorful seats and surfaces that dangle from the 14-foot-tall center column, they balance, spin, and bring the whole structure to life.
The exhibition also features Balance Blocks, a Scales and Stacking Station, and tons of activities to help kids discover the world around them.
After you bounce and play in Wobbly World, experience The Pigeon Comes to Jersey City: A Mo Willems Exhibit.
The Pigeon Comes to Jersey City! celebrates the art and characters of beloved children’s book author and illustrator, Mo Willems. This young learner exhibition features best-friend duo Elephant and Piggie, faithful companion Knuffle Bunny, and The Pigeon, the wily city bird best known for his antics in Don’t Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus!
Activities will give young guests a chance to make art that is inspired by Mo Willems and to learn about the rich social and emotional lives of the author’s characters. The exhibition also features prints of illustrations, including sketches and other preliminary materials, by Mo Willems.
After you explore the world of Mo Willems, make some time to visit LSC's fascinating animal creatures in our Wild About Animals exhibition!
This exhibition is home to 100+ different species, including the naked mole rats, cotton-top tamarin monkeys, black spot piranhas, and so many more.
The fun only continues from there!
