Halloween at Liberty Science Center is spooktacular

LSC News

From our 2013 Member’s Halloween Party. This family was so awesome.

It’s October and that means tons of Halloween family fun at Liberty Science Center!

Every weekend in October, LSC is running our hit Halloween stage show, MONSTERS ALIVE: Nature of the Beast.

Feast your eyes upon the most frightening (and fun!) monsters from around the world. The live-action show runs at 12:00pm, 2:00pm, and 3:00pm. Check our Events Calendar for specific show dates.

Weekends also feature two of our best Retro Science courage tests: Do You Dare and Mystery Boxes!

Think you have what it takes to eat a bug? How about a bug the size of a Twinkie? See if you can overcome your fear of antenna and crunchy exoskeletons during our Do You Dare program. Smaller bugs will also be available for our more squeamish guests.

On October 17 Liberty Science Center will feature its very first Family Halloween Camp In: Mystery at the Museum!

For $60 guests receive:

  • An LSC Camp In patch that allows you to return to LSC free for one year
  • An evening snack and light breakfast
  • Admission for an IMAX film in the nation’s largest IMAX Dome theater
    AND
  • An eye-popping RealD 3D movie
  • Live science demonstrations
  • Open admission to all exhibit galleries

Space is limited! Call 201.253.1310 for more information and to register.

Later in the month (October 24), it’s our best Members Night of the year, the Halloween Party!

How cool is the Halloween Party? This cool:

Kids having a blast and more candy than you can eat in a year. It’s worth becoming a Member at Liberty Science Center for this party alone.

October is always one of the best months of the year to visit the Science Center. Make sure you pick a weekend to come by and have some Halloween fun!
