Membership Frequently Asked Questions
Why should I become a member?
Membership is an ideal way for individuals and families to enjoy all that Liberty Science Center has to offer at a great savings. Members receive additional benefits not offered to the public, including unlimited free admission to our exhibitions and discounts for films in the IMAX® Dome Theater.
Special Members Nights give you private time to explore the Science Center after hours in a relaxed family atmosphere featuring special activities. You also get a 10% discount on purchases at Connections: The Store and Café Skylines.
How much is a Family Membership?
A Family Membership costs $140 and includes all basic benefits for two adults and up to four children. There are also great rates for seniors. Individual & Family memberships expire after 12 months.
Can I bring a guest on my membership?
During regular operating hours, you can bring a guest as long as one Membership holder is present and the group does not exceed the total number of people covered by your Membership. A Family Membership, for example, covers two adults and four children, so any additional adults or children would not be covered.
On select Member Nights, the number of people covered by your membership doubles, allowing you to bring even more people!
Do I have to show ID if I am a Member?
You should be prepared to show a photo ID in addition to your Membership card to verify your identity.
Do Members wait in line at the Box Office?
No, but all Members must check in at the Membership Window of the Box Office when arriving.
Can Members park for free?
No. Liberty Science Center’s parking lot is owned by Liberty State Park and operated by Central Parking. Fees are $7.00 during the daytime hours per day for cars and vans and $5 in the evening.
